Can I update my registered information? Last Updated: Oct 04, 2017 04:55PM PDT

You can change all of your registered information except your Facebook/Google+ account (if connected to Shopkick).

If you have Shopkick version 5.1.5 or newer, you can change your login email address from within the Shopkick settings.  If you are on an older version of Shopkick and would like to change your registered email address, we have to assist you, so please send us an email by clicking "Email Us" below.

To change all other account info:
• Tap on the menu icon on the top left of the home page to access the left menu
• Tap "Settings" toward the bottom
• Tap on "Account settings" to change your email address (on Shopkick 5.1.5 or newer), phone number or zip code, then hit "Save"/the checkmark in the upper righthand corner of the screen
• Tap on "Edit profile" to change your name, birthday, or gender - then hit "Save" at the bottom of the screen
