Make sure you scan the exact product featured in the description. Sometimes the featured item is a particular size or color, so you may need to find the correct one. If you think we've missed a barcode, send an email with the name of the item and a picture of the barcode to our support team.
Note: Often, we get more barcodes for our featured products on the first day they are in the app. By the second day, it can be a lot easier to get the credit for barcodes that may have been missing in the first batch sent to us by the brand.
