When a store that normally offers walk-in kicks isn't offering any, it usually means you've hit your walk-in limit for that store or chain. We have limited funds from our partners for walk-ins, and we'd like to make sure as many people as possible can participate, which is why we have to limit walk-ins per person. To determine if you've hit your walk-in limit for a particular store or chain, we look at your previous 30 days of activity. If you've received walk-in kicks more than a certain number of times, the walk-in will not be available. If a walk-in is available, you will see the number of kicks you can receive listed in the store information screen.
